Ledbury Hunt Pony Club
Presentation Evening

The Ledbury Hunt Pony Club held their annual Presentation Evening on Friday 23rd January at Corse Lawn.  Among the awards presented were the Hunting Certificates, given for the first time and cups to the most helpful junior and senior member in the hunting field.

 The President Mrs Archie Smith-Maxwell was delighted that so many children had been interested in taking their hunting certificate and Mrs Audrey Brewer was pleased to announce that all those who had taken part in the two day test, had passed. Mr Tim Lewin M.F.H.  and Miss Ged Lampard M.F.H. had kindly given up their time after a busy day’s hunting to come and present the children with their certificates.  Emma and Clare Mealing, Katie Lee, Molly Maund, Alice Harper, Victoria Fox, Miranda and Harry Jones, Stan Sheppard, Libby and Milly Walker all received their certificates as well as a hunting badge of a fox’s mask with a brown felt backing.

Emma and Clare Mealing were jointly presented with the senior cup for the most helpful in the hunting field and Harry Jones received the junior cup.
